It focuses on the significant transactions made by investment banks, international banks, and multinational firms in the expansive global financial markets that have recently emerged in London, New York, and Tokyo, as well as in places like Singapore, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Paris, and Sydney. You'll look at the legal frameworks applied in these transactions as well as the complicated legal challenges that arise because of their multi-jurisdictional and international nature.
Compulsory modules include:
● International Finance Law
● Research Methods Training to help you prepare for your dissertation
You may then choose three from the list of elective modules* which includes modules such as:
● Corporate Governance and Disruptive Technology
● Finance, Accounting and Risk Management
● Cyberlaws (The Laws of Data and Digital Assets)
● International Trade Law
